Health first…

This post is not meant to be judgmental by any means, more of an eye opener with all I’ve been through and my own experiences, because let’s face it… I didn’t know what I didn’t know, until I knew it! 😬🤪🙃Self Love

I had another OTF workout this morning AND I’m on my first ✌🏼 day Cleanse!! 😱🤩

I woke up this morning after cleansing yesterday, doing the typical ☝🏼 day cleanse that I’ve been doing the past month, but felt like I could do a second day for the FIRST time! 🙌🏼 and I was NOT about to cancel my workout 🏋🏻‍♀️ I actually feel SUPER energized now, yay for that! 💪🏼

While 🏋🏻‍♀️ I always get random thoughts 💭 (or messages/downloads as the Higher Consciousness community would call them) and this one came to mind during the last bit of class:

So many people spend thousands of dollars 💵 on all things external, whether it’s partying, bottle service 🍾, drinks 🥂, brand name products and clothes, you name it!!! Now, there’s NOTHING WRONG with that by any means, I used to go dancing 💃🏻 and drinking 🍹🍷 quite a bit myself, until I didn’t…

I used to never spend money on organic foods, instead ate quite a bit of fast food, especially those drunken 🥴 nights 😝 and I’ll never forget those late night trips to Viva Burrito 🌯 for those yummy 😋 nachos or Taco Bell 🌮 (I know my Denver folks know what I’m talking about 😜)…

I’d spend all kinds of money on clubbing and drinks, never thinking about what I’m doing to my body…

And now, I still have fun, I still party 🥳 and dance 💃🏻 but I do it differently AND I will never again think of healthy food or all that I do for Self Care as expensive… unfortunately insurance doesn’t cover anything related to Nutrition, but one day 🙏🏼…

Our bodies are the ONLY thing we “wear” that last us our lifetime, so why NOT spend that money 💰 on taking care of you BEFORE you have no other choice but to HAVE to make the changes 🤔🙄😉

There are SO many ways to get started:

💫 Replace fast foods or sodas with healthier drinks
💫 Start by replacing certain produce with organic choices; you could switch out one at a time
💫 Cook more or meal prep; eat out less
💫 If you like to eat out, find healthier restaurants and skip the fast food 🍔🍟
💫 Reduce your dairy 🥛🧀 to ☝🏼 meal a day (there are healthier vegan options, it’s possible, trust me on this, especially as a former cheese lover who used to eat cheese blocks as a snack and cried when I cut it out! 😂)
💫 Reduce your bottle of 🍷 to a glass or ✌🏼
