Crying Washes Your Soul…

I used to think it was a sign of โ€œweaknessโ€ to cry ๐Ÿ˜ญ and now I view it SO differently!!! I would hold it all in and not cry, especially in front of people that I didnโ€™t know because I thought theyโ€™d judge me or think of me differently ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

I wanted to portray a (false) image of strength, rather than Power… I created an image of intimidation rather than that of empowerment ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Now I know clearly that there is SO much more power in vulnerability! ๐Ÿค—

I even remember people making comments that Iโ€™m insensitive and cold ๐Ÿ˜ณAnd then when they really got to know me, the true me, they would get surprised when they saw my big sensitive heart โค๏ธ and how it was ALL an image to protect and guard my heart in order to not be hurt ๐Ÿ’”

This Coach Training weekend was an extremely powerful one; the theme was Relationships, of all kinds! ๐Ÿ’– I got really present to SO much of who I was, who Iโ€™ve transformed into, and my relationship to myself AND others currently ๐Ÿฅฐ

I am so proud to say that I donโ€™t hold back the tears anymore ๐Ÿ˜ Tears flow down when I laugh ๐Ÿคฃ my head off and I donโ€™t make it mean anything other than Happiness… so why is it that we need to justify those same tears ๐Ÿ˜ข when they flow down for any other emotion? ๐Ÿค” Itโ€™s just salty water leaking from our eyes ๐Ÿ‘€ isnโ€™t it? ๐Ÿคจ

There cannot be joy without sadness, and sadness cannot be fully felt and released by withholding tears (at least not in my case) ๐Ÿ’ฆ Otherwise I feel my throat chakra close up ๐Ÿค

So do your Soul a favor and go cry out and release anything thatโ€™s there to let go ๐ŸŒฌ Whether you do it in a car or your room alone or in front of others… Itโ€™s always best to let it all out than pour it inside your body… Wash your Soul with those tears and โ€œsaveโ€ your body by not holding onto or suppressing sadness, resentment, anger, or any other emotion I missed ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ˜ข๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ค๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ฃ

Like they say, you canโ€™t pour rose petals ๐Ÿฅ€ on top of a pile of ๐Ÿ’ฉ and expect it to smell good, you gotta clean that sh!t first before pouring those rose petals ๐ŸŒน

Health first…

This post is not meant to be judgmental by any means, more of an eye opener with all Iโ€™ve been through and my own experiences, because letโ€™s face it… I didnโ€™t know what I didnโ€™t know, until I knew it! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ™ƒSelf Love

I had another OTF workout this morning AND Iโ€™m on my first โœŒ๐Ÿผ day Cleanse!! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿคฉ

I woke up this morning after cleansing yesterday, doing the typical โ˜๐Ÿผ day cleanse that Iโ€™ve been doing the past month, but felt like I could do a second day for the FIRST time! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ and I was NOT about to cancel my workout ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I actually feel SUPER energized now, yay for that! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

While ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I always get random thoughts ๐Ÿ’ญ (or messages/downloads as the Higher Consciousness community would call them) and this one came to mind during the last bit of class:

So many people spend thousands of dollars ๐Ÿ’ต on all things external, whether itโ€™s partying, bottle service ๐Ÿพ, drinks ๐Ÿฅ‚, brand name products and clothes, you name it!!! Now, thereโ€™s NOTHING WRONG with that by any means, I used to go dancing ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป and drinking ๐Ÿน๐Ÿท quite a bit myself, until I didnโ€™t…

I used to never spend money on organic foods, instead ate quite a bit of fast food, especially those drunken ๐Ÿฅด nights ๐Ÿ˜ and Iโ€™ll never forget those late night trips to Viva Burrito ๐ŸŒฏ for those yummy ๐Ÿ˜‹ nachos or Taco Bell ๐ŸŒฎ (I know my Denver folks know what Iโ€™m talking about ๐Ÿ˜œ)…

Iโ€™d spend all kinds of money on clubbing and drinks, never thinking about what Iโ€™m doing to my body…

And now, I still have fun, I still party ๐Ÿฅณ and dance ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป but I do it differently AND I will never again think of healthy food or all that I do for Self Care as expensive… unfortunately insurance doesnโ€™t cover anything related to Nutrition, but one day ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ…

Our bodies are the ONLY thing we โ€œwearโ€ that last us our lifetime, so why NOT spend that money ๐Ÿ’ฐ on taking care of you BEFORE you have no other choice but to HAVE to make the changes ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‰

There are SO many ways to get started:

๐Ÿ’ซ Replace fast foods or sodas with healthier drinks
๐Ÿ’ซ Start by replacing certain produce with organic choices; you could switch out one at a time
๐Ÿ’ซ Cook more or meal prep; eat out less
๐Ÿ’ซ If you like to eat out, find healthier restaurants and skip the fast food ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŸ
๐Ÿ’ซ Reduce your dairy ๐Ÿฅ›๐Ÿง€ to โ˜๐Ÿผ meal a day (there are healthier vegan options, itโ€™s possible, trust me on this, especially as a former cheese lover who used to eat cheese blocks as a snack and cried when I cut it out! ๐Ÿ˜‚)
๐Ÿ’ซ Reduce your bottle of ๐Ÿท to a glass or โœŒ๐Ÿผ
๐Ÿ’ซ Join us with our Isagenix team ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ and get the most convenient best Super Food Iโ€™ve ever given my body!
๐Ÿ’ซ Any change is better than nothing, really! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

And if you think all these sound difficult, my specialty is Empowerment coaching in Health related projects so letโ€™s get on the phone ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคณ๐Ÿผ because letโ€™s face it, if you donโ€™t take care of your body, WHO WILL?! ๐Ÿคจ

P.S. if youโ€™re interested in learning about Isagenix, thereโ€™s a promotion going on right now through Sunday!!!

Partnership with a Life Coach…

I am so grateful for all the people out there that have poured so much love, healing vibes, prayers, etc. my way! Every single one of you thatโ€™s reached out in your own way, whether silently or verbally, have made a difference in my life and I have so much gratitude for you! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Many wonder HOW I have been able to stay strong minded, keep focused on my future vision, be present, and have control over my mind understanding that fear is ok and working on them, yet never staying in fear for a long period of time; what you resist, persists so what do you think resisting fear would do? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคจ

What most people donโ€™t know is that in this last year and half, I have had multiple coaches Iโ€™ve been working with to get me out of my head and into my future vision, to 90 and beyond baby!!! ๐Ÿคฉ Itโ€™s easy to think our thoughts are who we are when in fact we are NOT our thoughts… we do so much on autopilot! ๐Ÿ˜ณ Awareness itself is a huge factor in shifting and transforming, but then what? Well this is exactly why I chose to work with a coach BEFORE jumping into this new profession myself… Coaching has changed my life! ๐Ÿ˜

Here are some of my own coaching experience:

๐ŸŒŸ A place to bring my fears or breakdowns to the table and partner with someone that I KNOW will not leave me hanging in those fears & breakdowns! ๐Ÿค๐Ÿค

๐ŸŒŸ Having someone OUTSIDE of my family & friends to talk to and who will push me to the next level during those difficult times… Last thing I ever wanted to do was cause more fear in my family & friends! ๐Ÿ—ฃ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

๐ŸŒŸ Personally, support groups felt disempowering (for me) and I desired something that left me Empowered weekly… it was getting coached that made the difference! ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคธ๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Similar to having a Personal Trainer, no one NEEDS one yet I personally refuse to workout ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ without some kind of trainer/coach, whether it be at OTF or my PT, who took this photo! ๐Ÿ“ธ Why? Because we canโ€™t see ourselves and our form alone… Iโ€™m sure Iโ€™d get results without one AND I prefer to get the BEST results, have accountability, and get there the quickest way! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸผโœŒ๐Ÿผ

No one NEEDS a Life Coach…

YET if youโ€™re looking to:

๐ŸŒŸ Improve your life exponentially and quickly

๐ŸŒŸ Discover the blindspots in your way

๐ŸŒŸ Accountability to peel those onion layers

๐ŸŒŸ Design projects that inspire you iโ€™m at the

๐ŸŒŸ And the list goes on!

Can you imagine Olympic or professional athletes not having coaches or fitness competitors not having accountability partners or coaches? Itโ€™s possible, maybe, but is it convenient? Thereโ€™s a reason those that excel to the top in life have coaches… are YOU ready to transcend YOUR life?! ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜‰

SD Voyager Magazine (Trailblazers Series) Interview (Part IV)

Do you feel like there was something about the experiences you had growing up that played an outsized role in setting you up for success later in life?

I believe childhood plays a HUGE part in every single person’s life and what they do with their life. Childhood is where most of our internal wounds are created, then we spend most of our adulthood healing those wounds if we first and foremost allow ourselves to become aware of those wounds and courageous enough to dig deep and uncover those dark places and memories in our minds. Some of those out there are so numb to their childhood experiences that they don’t even remember them nor care to even go there. Thankfully, I have always been the opposite.

Weโ€™re all kids at heart!

Growing up I didn’t have the easiest childhood. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany and we moved to Denver, Colorado in the winter of 1987 where I learned English as my third language. We lived in different parts of the city for 5 years. My mom and I moved to Iran for a year and half, where I attended 7th grade and had to learn to read and write a whole new language and alphabet, then back to Colorado again in the 8th grade, yet another school! And then to a completely different high school due to an honors program called IB, which now looking back I’m grateful super for. Shortly into high school my parents divorced. High School was definitely not the best of times for me. I don’t have many fond memories of those days.

There is one particular incident that seems to have played a key role in my life. I was quite the outgoing, rambunctious, curious kid, always asking questions and wanting to know “Why?”. I also remember 5th grade vividly and my 5th grade teacher, Ms. Parson; the only elementary school teacher’s name I remember. I was aware of what had happened for years, but I didn’t realize how much it had stopped me from BEING who I am until I started to do the work on myself and begin the healing process. I remember sitting around a square-like brown desk facing the window. The desk was surrounded with 8-10 kids, all close enough to hear Ms. Parson and burst out laughing after her response. I ask a question, as usual and her response in a very frustrated tone as she hovered over me to look at my piece of paper: “OMG Anuschka! You’re so stupid, how did you make it to the 5th grade?!”.

Yes, that happened. It is in the past, yet I had made it mean SO many things about myself. This moment in my childhood shifted and shaped my life for years to come! It was only in my mid-thirties that I discovered this. So much in my life was based on a decision I made back then:

1) I will never ask a question, I will always figure it out myself!

2) I will prove I am smart and not stupid, hence Computer Science and Engineering degree.

3) The thought of raising my hand, let alone speak in public frightened me so much that I could feel my heart throbbing in my throat and a faint feeling.

4) I get triggered when I feel that people are laughing “at” me.

5) I will never say the answer or speak up in a group unless I KNOW I am correct.

I mean this could probably go on for awhile. You get the idea.

I enjoyed my 15+ year Computer and Consulting career with many rewards and promotions throughout the years, and I am grateful for the opportunites and skillsets I now have due to it. With the Universe having my back, I was recently laid off from Qualcomm and I have closed that book in my life, successfully, allowing me space to be catapulted into my new Coaching career as an Entrepreneur.

We can learn so much from Seasons

I will be completing 2018 out with this last cycle of chemotherapy and a goodbye to my Optune device. Although MRI’s will continue for awhile, I am beyond ecstatic to start focusing more on building my business on a full time basis as I serve those in need of Empowerment!

SD Voyager Magazine (Trailblazers Series) Interview (Part III)

Weโ€™d love to learn more about your work. What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of as a brand, organization or service provider? What sets you apart from others?

As I mentioned previously [last blogs], I am now a Life Coach. More specifically, a Leadership, Empowerment, & Transformation (LET) Coach. After everything I have been through most recently, including switching my oncologist three separate times and three different hospitals, my passion to serve others and partner with people to Live THEIR Life to the Fullest and be FREE to be themselves has never been greater! Thanks to social media connecting me to a co-worker from 10+ years ago who had happened to see my journey and most recently a transformation post after a Landmark Forum weekend and contacted me about a program he was in, I am now in a year long coach training program at Accomplishment Coaching where I’m learning tons of distinctions and tools to be able to make the biggest difference in my clients lives, and I’m happy to say I’ve already begun to witness the shifts!

Live Life To The Fullest!

I look forward to working with even more clients who are up to big things in life and have beautiful dreams, yet have hit a roadblock of any kind, whether it be health related (as myself – which is what I’m most passionate about), self love, relationships, work, or just plain comfortable/content and scared of the unknown. Besides my most recent brain tumor experience, I’ve also had quite a bit of life experiences ever since childhood, which makes me the perfect candidate for a coach; relatability is key in connection and partnership.

In all honesty, as hard as it is for me to “brag” about myself, I am truly most proud of myself for having taken such a life threatening experience that could have easily spiraled down and left me and everyone around me completely hopeless, believing I only have a few years to live, to a completely empowered Wonder Woman state of mind woman, and THAT is what sets me apart from others!

We all can have a Superhero mindset
